Challenge Accepted

I like a challenge.
I love improving my health.
I love learning new things.
Going Next Level with my life, body, mindset where possible.
And then The 30Day Reset came on my path!!!

It was quite a hard decision to financially invest in myself for this and I decided I am worth it. Monday the 5th of May we started and we are going till Tuesday 3 June.

The one thing of the many things I love about this; it’s gentle, it’s not ‘you HAVE to do this…and DONT DO that’.
There’s no meal plans.
There’s a food guide.
There’s no right or wrong.
It’s your choice, always, and it’s your RESET journey.
It is SO fun!

And I get to do this under the loving, inspiring guidance of our health coach Kylie Vincent and our mindset coach Kylie Thomson. Together with a bunch of kickass women!

We did 8 days eliminating/reducing the bad stuff: alcohol, cafeine, sugar (ooowww no, no chocolate) meat, dairy (ow there goes my cheese), no processed food. Just eating lots of veges and fruits. I actually really loved it.

And lots of water. Which I always do, but not so much recently. Felt great to up the water intake. Often we’re just thirsty while we think we are hungry.

After the 8 days we did 4 days colon cleansing and MORE WATER.
We get heaps of coaching and come together in zooms.
Then 3 day water fast.
We learned about detox protocols.
We are cleaning our bodies and cleaning out cupboards.
We’re changing our frequencies by changing our foods. We journal. Reflect. We are releasing what no longer serves us.
I am noticing my patterns. I create change. I have become so much more intentional with what I put in my body. We’re giving our digestive system a break.
Even if we might not see it yet, our body is doing deep work.
It’s an energetic and emotional declutter.
Our bodies know how to heal. And our spirit knows how to lead.
The ripple effect is so fun!
Today we are on day 22 of the reset and on day 7 of the Rainbow Chakra Bridge.
To intentionally eat the colours of each chakra, wear the colour, do the affirmations & mediations (not my thing, but when I do them, it DOES feel great-so that’s simply not a habit yet for me…😅)

Some days things came up that made me feel like having chocolate, yep emotional eating right there. I had a little bit and not a whole block. That was a win!

Surprisingly to me I have not felt hungry AT ALL.

Am eating little bits of “old” fun food. Come on, am on a holiday with Luke! And am not making myself wrong for it. It is sooo delish because it is so intentional. I eat it slower and I don’t stuff my face with a whole Brie anymore. 😅

It’s such an interesting observation the next day when having had some fun food, the brain is less clear. The clarity I have been feeling mainly during the colon cleanse and water fast days has been phenomenal.
